Lindsay is a passionate relationship-builder who believes strong communities are built through meaningful connections, collaboration, and service. As Community Relations Manager for Swinerton Builders, she leads small and diverse business engagement, community impact initiatives, and philanthropic efforts, guided by her belief that we should build up the communities we build in.
Prior to joining Swinerton, Lindsay spent more than a decade supporting construction procurement, contracts, and public relations for major construction and infrastructure projects at Colorado State University. She is a strong advocate for inclusion, leadership development, and mental health and wellness within the construction industry. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time outdoors, being near the water, and making memories with family, friends, and her dogs.
Steve is a dedicated leader and mentor who cares deeply about building strong people, teams, and communities. With more than 29 years in the electrical construction industry, he has built his career on operational excellence, service, and creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
As an Area Superintendent, he has led projects from planning through completion with a steady focus on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork. Grounded in integrity and humility, Steve believes strong culture is the foundation of every successful organization and that leadership is ultimately about helping others grow and make a positive impact. Outside of work, his greatest joy is his family, and he values the time, lessons, and experiences they share together.
Meheerah is a Human Resources Director and executive leader with more than 19 years of experience in workforce development, leadership, and organizational strategy. He is passionate about strengthening the construction industry by building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating meaningful career pathways.
Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on employee development, workplace culture, retention, and workforce growth. He is also a strong advocate for workplace well-being and believes investing in people is the foundation of long-term organizational success. At the center of his life is his family—his wife and three boys—who remain his anchor and constant source of perspective, motivation, and balance outside of work.
